How long does it take to process an order?

We want you to be completely in love with your Chernetska garments. If the fit isn't perfect, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

How should I care for my textured and linen garments?
To preserve the beauty, shape, and unique texture of our premium fabrics, we recommend a gentle machine wash at a maximum of 30°C (86°F) inside a mesh laundry bag, or a delicate hand wash. Lay flat to dry naturally in the shade. For our crinkle-textured collections, avoid heavy ironing or steaming to maintain the original fabric pattern.
